How Much Is Shipping?

Within the United States:

Each yARNaBLE experience is shipped to you via USPS Ground Advantage (formally known as First Class Mail) from New Hampshire. While the majority of our customers find that their shipping costs typically fall between $5.00 - $9.00 per month, please note that the exact amount can vary due to your subscription selection and the geographical location associated with your ZIP code.

To ensure transparency and convenience, the precise shipping fee for your order will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. This allows you to view and confirm the exact shipping costs prior to placing your order, with no surprises.

Outside of the United States:

Postage to our Canadian friends is a flat rate of $15.50 USD per box. Postage to all other international locations is a flat rate of $25.00 per box.  Any customs duty or tax imposed by your country outside of the US is not included in the shipping and is the responsibility of the buyer at time of delivery.

Returns / Refunds

Due to the nature of the subscription box, we do not offer returns or exchanges.  The sneak peek picture (accessible from the main menu) is available at the beginning of every month so you can skip any box that isn't for you.  Please note that you are unable to skip the very first box  after signing up.

Can I Skip A Month?

Subscribers will receive a renewal notification a few days before billing (on the 10th of every month).  If a renewal is skipped or subscription cancelled in the first 9 days of the month, you will not be billed for the renewal (nor receive future boxes if subscription cancelled).  If the renewal is skipped or subscription cancelled after billing on the 10th of the month, you will receive one more box before the skip/cancellation is effective.
