Before you join
When am I charged?
You pay for your first box when you sign up. After that, your subscription renews on the 10th of each month.
When does my first box ship?
At the end of the month you join. Most members have it in hand the first week of the next month.
Can I skip a month or change my box?
Yes. Skip a month, or switch your yarn weight, skein count or box, right from your account. We suggest making changes by the 8th.
How much is shipping?
US packages ship USPS Ground Advantage at the actual postage rate. Canada is a flat $15.50, and everywhere else is a flat $25.
What if I don't love the colors?
The sneak peek goes up at the start of each month. Not feeling it? Skip that month and you're right back on track the next.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. Cancelling never takes away a box you've already paid for.
What if my first box isn't for me?
Try it risk-free. Return your first box within 7 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. We'll refund you in full and pay the return shipping. Returning your first box cancels your subscription.
Can I give Yarnable as a gift?
Yes. Pick any box and mark it as a gift at checkout, then choose whether it renews or stops after the gift.
