What Does It Cost?

We offer several subscription options starting at $38.99 per month to suit your preferences. Your cost will depend on the number of skeins, yarn weight, and package type you select. Full pricing details are displayed during the subscription process, making it easy to choose the best option for you.

When Will I be Charged?

When you sign up, your first payment is processed immediately. After that, renewals occur between the 9th - 10th of each month, so youโ€™re always covered for your next Yarnable Experience!

When Will I Receive My Happy Mail?

Your Yarnable box is shipped by the last day of each month. Delivery typically takes 2-10 days within the U.S., depending on USPS. International packages may take longer, but rest assuredโ€”theyโ€™re worth the wait!

How Much Is Shipping?

Your Yarnable box ships via USPS First Class Mail from New Hampshire. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed during checkout.

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): Shipping typically ranges from $5.00 to $7.00 per package, depending on your zip code.
  • Canada: A flat rate of $15.50 USD per box applies.
  • Other International Locations: A flat rate of $25.00 USD per box applies.

Please note that customs duties or taxes for international shipments are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.

Skips & Cancellations

We strive to make managing your subscription easy!

  • Renewal Notifications: Youโ€™ll receive an email reminder a few days before billing (between the 9th - 10th of each month).
  • Skipping or Cancelling Before Billing: If you skip or cancel your subscription before the 9th, you wonโ€™t be charged or receive the next box.
  • Skipping or Cancelling After Billing: If you skip or cancel after the 10th,  the skip/cancellation will take effect the following month.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of subscription boxes, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we provide a sneak peek picture (accessible from the main menu) at the beginning of every month so you can skip any box that isnโ€™t for you.Important: You cannot skip your very first box after signing up.If thereโ€™s an issue with the package you receive, please contact us at hello@hypnoticyarn.com, and weโ€™ll do our best to make it right. Your happiness matters to us!
